Description:
This 3 day intensive program is targeted at elite and emerging junior athletes preparing for the BQJBC.
Head Trainer Aja Parham will lead the team, with athletes sharpening their strength and speed as it relates to the game in a competitive, high stress environment.
The program will focus on correct techniques to improve foot speed, agility, and explosiveness with all concepts applied in a competitive environment. Athletes rely heavily on their ability to change speed, change direction, explode laterally and vertically, all at a split second. The techniques learned and applied in a basketball setting, along with a focus on the skills required on the court, will help prepare athletes for the next stages of their basketball career! Athletes will also be completing weight room sessions as a component of this program.
*Please note this program is suitable for athletes between 14 – 18 years of age who are at minimum of Association Representative level.
