$70 per hour.


4- 6 week training program comprised of one on one sessions. This program caters to your personal goals. We start by identifying your short and long term goals, assess your strengths and weakness as an athlete/client, then create a program that will best assist you to reach those goals.


You will have a trainer with you every session to teach, encourage, and support you on your journey.
