Athletes of all levels and ages need unique exercises that feed into the skill requirements of their sport. Training these athletes takes more than memorizing and reproducing fad drills. SMS Trainers have a full understanding of the science, training philosophy, exercise methodology, error detection and athletic mechanics required to build more talented athletes. Aja Parham

Founder, Director and Head Trainer

As a professional basketball player in the WNBA/Europe, Aja has been able to experience firsthand the greatness of sport. It has taught her valuable lessons about success. Her love for sport, combined with over 10 years experience as a sports performance/fitness trainer, developed a clear passion: Create an environment where athletes of all ages, sports, and performance levels have a place to sharpen their athletic acumen and foster a healthy existence. For her that healthy existence equals a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy spirit.

Brooke Queenan

Finance Advisor

Brooke is executive member of SportsMindset providing advice and guidance on our financial and business operations. After finding great success on and off the court at Boston College and as a professional basketball player in the WNBA and Europe, Brooke has used her Economics degree to pursue interests in finance and investment. Along with her position at SMS, she is a life and health licensed associate at World Financial Group and a successful real estate investor.

Dietitian

Greta is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 9 years experience. The founder of Nutrition + U, Greta believes maximal performance can be achieved when individualized nutrition plans and exercise habits work in unison. In addition to seeing individual clients, she provides health and nutrition seminars to sports groups, corporate bodies and other health professionals. Alongside her private practice, Greta also works in the clinical hospital setting. Passionate about using innovative approaches to dietetics consultancy, she provides clients with a trusted source of nutrition advice and promotes Accredited Practicing Dietitians as the leading experts in nutrition information.
